INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping Destinations:

We ship to North America (US, Canada, Mexico), Europe (Most countries) Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines), and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand).

*Please note: Shipping will vary within each region as there's different challenges with regulations, and infrastructures, but EBIKO will try our best! Additionally, while shipping might be feasible to many countries, the speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness can differ significantly and can be out of our control.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your location. UK customers must pay VAT during checkout. For international orders, you may be subject to local custom fees and duties.

Customs Fees and Import Duties:

International orders are shipped without custom fees paid (DDU). You, as the customer, are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, and duties upon delivery. Import duties and taxes are charged by your country's customs office and vary. Please contact your local customs office for inquiries.

Delivery Time for International Orders:

International deliveries may take up to 14 business days or longer due to customs inspections. We cannot estimate or expedite this process. If your package hasn't arrived after 30 days, contact your local post office or email us help@ebiko.us with your order number for assistance.

Additional Information on Duties and Fees:

All international orders outside the US require customers to cover customs fees, taxes, and duties. We cannot calculate or pay these fees on your behalf, and they're not included in the shipping fee. For pricier items, a signature might be required upon delivery.
