How do I take care of our products? 

All hoodies are machine washable, but it is suggested to wash in cold water and hang-dry the hoodie afterwards to reserve quality and longevity. Our hoodies are made to be able to handle machine-drying, but we recommend against it to keep the material in its best condition. Drying it flattened out on a surface will avoid any unwanted creases, and dry-cleaning is the best option for thicker garments. 

Understanding Pre-Orders:

A pre-order secures an item ahead of its production. This process helps us reduce wastage by creating only the necessary units based on pre-order demand. The estimated shipping timeframe for each item is specified on its product page. 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

All orders take 2-3 days to process once they arrive. Here are the current arrival dates to our fulfillment center:

Please keep in mind that these are estimated dates, and due to the holiday season there maybe unforeseen delays. 

How long will preorders be open for? 

Preorders will be open until: January 10th, 2024.
 

Combined Shipping: 

To minimize environmental impact, all items, including immediate purchases and pre-order items, are shipped together. If you require an item sooner than the pre-order window, we recommend a separate order to avoid delays for other items.

What if my order consist of an in-stock item and a preorder item? When will they ship?

When an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will ship together when the pre-order items arrive. If you would like the in-stock item to arrive first, we suggest placing two separate orders. We are unable to ship them seperately from the same order. 

Can I return and/or exchange my order? 

We are currently unable to provide returns or exchanges for items that have been shipped out and marked as delivered by the post office.
This applies for both domestic and international destination items. 
Sizing charts are provided so we encourage customers to select the correct size when purchasing
, and cannot accommodate size exchanges due to limited stock. In the event you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon receipt, please reach out to info@sykkuno.store and we will evaluate your product on a case-by-case basis for a refund, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.
In the case of a return
, your product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, have the hang tags attached, folded neatly into the original clear garment bag the product arrived in, and otherwise in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a refund for your return.

Cancellation Policy:

Once a pre-order is placed, it promptly initiates production. We can accommodate cancellation requests within 72 hours after the pre-order window closes to facilitate swift processing.

Help! I don't know what size to get!

There is a size chart alongside every product available! Please compare the measurements to your favorite hoodie at home to ensure that you will be happy with how it fits.

I made a mistake on my shipping address. Can I change my address? 

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. Please email us at info@sykkuno.store and we can help change your address as soon as possible. However, if the order has already been marked as shipped and there is tracking information, we are unable to change the address. 

I don't see my question answered. Who can I contact for help?
